The products of the farm
We are proposing home-made specialties of ducks bred at the farm: foie gras, fresh or smoked boneless breast, rillettes, terrine with porto, cassoulet, as well as the different confit meats (legs, breast, wings, hearts and gizzards). We now also offer the gigolette, a boneless leg filled with foie gras then confit, and the home-made onion jam.
